For the information and guidance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the decision of the Court En Bane dated June 10, 1999 in Administrative Case - CBD No. 471 (LT. Lamberto P. Villaflor vs. Alvin T. Sarita), to wit:

"ACCORDINGLY, respondent Atty. Alvin T. Sarita is hereby SUSPENDED for two (2) years from the practice of /aw and from the enpyment of all rights and privileges appurtenant to membership in the Philippine Bar, effective immediately."
