AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF SELECTED SUPREME COURT, COURT OF APPEALS, SANDIGANBAYAN AND COURT OF TAX APPEALS OFFICIALS AND PERSONNEL IN THE ADVOCACY MEETINGS FOR THE COURTS COVERED BY THE JUDICIAL REFORM SUPPORT PROJECT (JRSP)

WHEREAS, the Judicial Reform Support Project (JRSP) is now in its initial stages of implementation and a series of consultative meetings are scheduled to gather inputs for the requirements of the various activities of the project.

WHEREAS, there is a need for close coordination between the JRSP Management Committee, the SC-Program Management Office and the Courts covered by the project to have a clear understanding of the project's conceptual framework towards its efficient and effective implementation.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Court hereby authorizes the conduct of Advocacy Meetings by the JRSP Management Committee with the officials and personnel of the courts covered by the Project, on the following dates and venues:
