ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (COSTRAPHIL) - REGION III

SUBJECT:

REGIONAL CONSULTATIVE ASSEMBLY AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON APRIL 7, 2006 AT THE CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA

The Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines, Inc. -Region III will hold its Regional Consultative Assembly and Election of Officers on April 7, 2006 at the City of San Fernando , Pampanga.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Dena Corazon P. Almazar, President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10 ) days from the date of the assembly.
