All national officers and regional directors of the S HERIFFS CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC (SCOPHIL) are hereby authorized to attend the SCOPHIL Board Meeting to be held at the Regional Trial Court Building, Bacolod City, on October 16, 1995, at 10:00 a.m., on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the meeting.
