SUBJECT Further Arnending Revenue Memorandum Order No. 15-2016 Amending

Certain Provisions of RMO No. 30-2001 to Specify the Name of Office Responsible for Bank Accreditation

TO All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned

OBJECTIVES

This Order is being issued to further amend certain provision of RM0 No. 15-2016 to include the additional BIR Officials as members of the Bank Accreditation.

HI. AMENDATORY PROVISIONS:

A. Section II. A of RMO No. 15-2016 is hereby amended to read as follows

GENERAL POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

A. A Bank Accreditation Committee (BAC) composed of: the Assistant

Service (LS), Enforcement and Advocacy Service (EAS); the HREAs, Commissioner (ACIR) Collection Service (CS) as Chairman; the AcIRs, Legal

Information Systems Development and Operations Service (ISDOs)

Commissioner of Internal Revenue (OCIR); Office of the Deputy Commissioner Data Center (RDC) -- Luzon 2; Representatives from the Office of the Information System Project Management Service (ISPMS); Head, Revenue

II. REPEALING CLAUSE

All revenue issuances or portions thereof which are inconsistent with this Order are

hereby repealed, modified or amended accordingly.

IV EFFECTIVITY

This Order shall take effect immediately.
