SUBJECT:

NATIONAL CONVENTION-SEMINAR ON MAY 31 - JUNE 2, 2006 AT THE BOHOL TROPICS RESORT, CITY OF TAGBILARAN

The First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (FLECCAP) will hold their National Convention-Seminar on May 31 - June 2, 2006 at the Bohol Tropics Resort, City of Tagbilaran .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention- seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and. available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Rosita Delgado-Amisola, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the convention-seminar.
