TO: ALL OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT:

MONTHLY OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS CONFERENCE AND REGIONAL CONSULTATIVE MEETING ON AUGUST 28, 2009 AT ALAMINOS CITY , PANGASINAN

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold the monthly Directors/Officers Conference and Regional Consultative Meeting on August 28, 2009 at 6:00 o'clock in the evening at Alaminos City, Pangasinan.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available., provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Antonio M. Eugenio, Jr., President of the Association is hereby directed to submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
