[ADDENDUM TO ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 63 - 2006] AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF ALL LAWYERS OF THE SUPREME COURT, COURT OF APPEALS, SANDIGANBAYAN AND COURT OF TAX APPEALS IN THE CONTINUING MANDATORY LEGAL EDUCATION PROGRAM FOR COURT ATTORNEYS
