ALL CONCERNED COURT EMPLOYEES IN THE CITIES AND PROVINCE OF CEBU
SUBJECT: AWARDING CEREMONY FOR OUTSTANDING NON-LAWYER COURT EMPLOYEES
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Cebu City and Cebu Province Chapter will hold an awarding ceremony for Outstanding Non-Lawyer Court Employees on September 16, 2009 at the Capitol Social Hall.
All court employees more specifically, Legal Researchers, Sheriffs, Interpreters, Stenographers, Process Servers, Clerks and Court Aides are hereby authorized to attend the said activity on OFFICIAL TIME , provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.
Atty. Michael L. Yu and Atty. Ramsey M. Quijano, both Chapter Presidents of Cebu City and Cebu Province, respectively, are hereby directed to submit a report within ten (10) days from the completion of the activity.
