ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

ALL PRESIDING JUDGES AND EMPLOYEES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES OF BACOLOD CITY

SUBJECT:

FIRST ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION AT THE BACOLOD CITY HALL OF JUSTICE ON AUGUST 15, 1996

The judges and court employees of the Regional Trial Court, Bacolod City, will celebrate their first anniversary at the Bacolod City Hall of Justice in the afternoon of August 15, 1996.

The judges and employees concerned are hereby authorized to attend the affair on OFFICIAL TIME , provided that a skeletal force shall be maintained in all courts so that court work is not disrupted.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the affair.
