SUBJECT:

REGULAR BOARD OF OFFICERS MEETING ON APRIL 1-2, 2004 AT GUIMARAS ISLAND

The Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will be holding its first regular Board of Officers meeting for the year 2004 on April 1-2, 2004 at Guimaras Island .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from the date of the said meeting.
