AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES TO THE JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION (JDR) WORKSHOP

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) and the Philippine Mediation Center Office (PMCO) will conduct a Judicial Dispute Resolution (JDR) Workshop to be held on November 12, 2010, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. at the Justices' Lounge, Supreme Court. Manila.

The attendance of provincial participants in the aforementioned activity shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. On the other hand, the attendance of participants from the National Capital Region shall also be MANDATORY but on OFFICIAL TIME only.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the Judicial Dispute Resolution (JDR) Workshop and that parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.
