Revised format of the Additional Information Schedule (filename :XXXschad.DBF) of the Consolidated Statement of Condition
CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 2002
TO: ALL THRIFT BANKS
To align the record numbers of the sub-accounts created under Circular Letter dated September 9, 2002, for Deferred Income Tax, Restructured Loans and Development Incentive Loans, attached is the revised format of the Additional Information Schedule (filename :XXXschad.DBF) of the Consolidated Statement of Condition.
This schedule shall be submitted in accordance with the attached data structure and template. The corrected dbase file shall be available upon request from the SRSO, 16th floor Multi-Storey Bldg., A. Mabini St., Manila, or at telephone nos. 525-5234 or 523-9538.
All thrift banks shall submit the Additional Information Schedule, as revised, starting with reports as of end September 2002.
