EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

I. GENERAL GUIDELINES

10.EGLD refers to the E-Games Licensing Department of PAGCOR.
11.Fees are amounts payable to PAGCOR pursuant to the Gaming License and the latest Regulatory Framework for Fees and Rates on Gaming Site Operations. Fees paid to PAGCOR are non-refundable.

32.Resort is a place to which people frequently or generally go for relaxation or pleasure, especially one providing rest and recreation facilities for vacationers duly accredited by the DOT.

36. Supplier refers to the entity enrolled with GLDD from which the Operators can procure the necessary gaming equipment and paraphernalia for its gaming venue.

II.OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS
Section 1. Who may apply as an Operator?
() Only corporations duly registered with the SEC may apply as Operator of a gaming venue, referred herein as the Applicant
(b) The following corporations may apply as Operator:
1 New Applicant -a corporation which intends to apply as Operator of
a gaming venue for the first time.
2 An existing Operator - a corporation which is aiready duly licensed by PAGCOR to operate a licensed gaming venue.
A corporation with foreign nationals as shareholders shall comply with the latest Regular Foreign Negative List B of the Foreign Investments Acts of 1991 B69 (R.A.No.7042,as amended by R.A No. 8179).
c The Applicant must pass the requirements for Operator's suitability and

Section 2. Applicant Documentary Requirements

1. Two (2) gaming venues can be co-located within a Mall. For large malls measuring at least 400,000sqm, three (3) co-located gaming venues may be allowed.
