For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated 15 March 2016 in Administrative Case No. 11056, entitled "Re: Resolution dated August 5, 2009 in A.M. No. RTJ-08-2138 entitled 'Olga M. Samson vs. Judge Virgilio G. Caballero/ which Dismissed from the Service and Disbarred Respondent from the Practice of Law and Ordered His Name Stricken from the Roll of Attorneys," to wit:

The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant, to LIFT the order of suspension from the practice of law imposed on Judge Virgilio G. Caballero in the Resolution dated March 9, 2010.
