SUBJECT:

ATTENDANCE AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY, ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES ON MAY 5 AND 6, 1995

All members of Zamboanga del Sur and Pagadian City Judiciary Personnel Association will hold its Annural General Assembly in Pagadian City on May 5 and 6, 1995.

Members of the Zamboanga del Sur and Pagadian City Judiciary Personnel Association are authorized to attend the said affair with prior permission of their Executive Judge and/or Presiding Judge. Attendance shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available.

A report on the attendance of judges should likewisw be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days after the close of the convention.
