TO : JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT, SHERIFFS AND LEGAL RESEARCHERS OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF THIRD JUDICIAL REGION

SUBJECT : ATTENDANCE AT THE FOURTH REGIONAL SEMINAR UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY

Pursuant to the provisions of Article VIII, Section 6, of the 1987 Constitution and Section 3 of Republic Act No. 8557, all Judges, Clerks of Court, Branch Clerks of Court, Sheriffs and Legal Researchers of the First and Second Level Trial Courts of Third Judicial Region are designated participants in the Fourth Regional Seminar under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held on January 31 to February 2, 2001 (Wednesday to Friday), at the Crown Peak Garden Hotel, Subic Bay, Olongapo City.

Judges are directed to leave a skeleton force in their respective courts during the Regional Seminar.

Attendance in this live-in Seminar shall be mandatory and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS with all expenses for travel and accommodation chargeable to the funds provided by Memorandum Order No. 02-2000, dated April 12, 2000.

All communications relating to the Program shall be addressed to Hon. Ameurfina M. Herrera, PHILJA Chancellor, 3rd Floor, Supreme Court (Taft Avenue building), Padre Faura, Manila.
