SUBJECT

: 2ND ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR OF THE CLERAP

The Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP) will hold its 2nd Annual National Convention and Seminar from 16 to 18 October 1997 at Cebu City.

All members of the CLERAP are hereby authorized to attend this 2nd Annual National Convention and Seminar on official time/official business , with all their expenses in connection with their attendance thereat chargeable against local funds, if authorized and subject to the availability thereof and to existing accounting and auditing regulations.

A report on the attendance and activities undertaken should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of closing of the Convention.
