Revised Schedule D of the Consolidated Report on the Utilization of Loanable Funds Generated Which Were Set Aside for Agrarian Reform Credit/Other Agricultural Credit

CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 2002

TO:          All Banks

To facilitate the reconciliation of Other Agricultural Credit in the Consolidated Report on the Utilization of Loanable Funds Generated Which Were Set Aside for Agrarian Reform Credit/Other Agricultural Credit with Consolidated Statement of Condition, Schedule D is further revised to consider the trade related accounts which are qualified as compliance pursuant to Subsections 341.1c and 341.2c of the Manual of Regulations for Banks.

The revised of the Consolidated Report on the Utilization of Loanable Funds Generated Which Were Set Aside for Agrarian Reform Credit/Other Agricultural Credit is attached for your ready reference.

Effective immediately.
