CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2007-050
To: All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFls) under the Supervision of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas
Subject : Borrowings of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Personnel from any Institution Supervised by the BSP
Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 1075 dated 20 September 2007, all financial institutions are hereby required to report to the BSP, the names of BSP personnel who obtained loans from them. The report classified as Category A-3 report shall be submitted to the Supervisory Data Center (SDC) of the BSP.
The report shall be submitted quarterly within fifteen (15) banking days after end of reference quarter using the attached format. The initial report should show all the borrowings of the BSP personnel outstanding as of report date. Thereafter, the report should only contain the loans granted to BSP personnel during the reference quarter.
If there is nothing to report for the quarter, the financial institution shall still submit the report stating “None to Report”, within the prescribed deadline.
