Submission of bio-data sheet of directors/officers of banks/NBQBs
CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 2001
To : All Banks/NBQBs
For expediency in its submission, the bio-data sheet of directors/officers of banks/NBQBs required under Circular-Letter dated 9 January 2001 (Form No. NPO8-KB) has been revised by deleting the disclosures on page 11 thereof captioned "Real Properties Owned" and "Name/Address of Bank/s" where the directors/officers have deposits, loans, etc. under the item "Others".
This Circular-Letter shall take effect immediately.
