SUBJECT: ATTENDANCE AT THE TRAINING FOR THE ACCESS TO JUSTICE FOR THE POOR PROJECT

Under OCA Circular No. 16-2007 dated February 21, 2007, the Clerks of Court of some first level courts as listed therein, were designated as Municipal Court information Officers in connection with the Access to Justice for the Poor Project.

One of the tasks of the Clerks of Court as Municipal Court Information Officers is to actively participate in IEC skills training to be held in June 2007. In preparation of this training, a Training Needs Assessment shall be undertaken on the following dates and venues, with the designated Municipal Court Information Officers as participants; to wit:
