ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL) QUEZON AND LUCENA CITY CHAPTER

SUBJECT:

2 nd BOWLING TOURNAMENT ON SEPTEMBER 9, 2005 AT GUMACA, QUEZON

The Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL) Quezon Chapter will hold its 2 nd Bowling Tournament on September 9, 2005 at Gumaca, Quezon.

Court Stenographers in the province of Quezon and Lucena City are authorized to attend said tournament on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Dena Corazon P. Almazar, COSTRAPHIL Chapters President, shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the tournament.
