ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION II IN THE REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 3) UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY

For a more effective delivery of public service, and for the promotion of career growth among officials and personnel of the Judiciary, all Judges, Clerks of Court, Branch Clerks of Court, of first and second level trial courts of Region II are enjoined to attend and participate in the Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 3) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held on September 24 to 26, 2003 (Wednesday to Friday) at the Ivory Lodge Hotel, Tuguegarao City.

Sessions and attendance of the Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court will only be on 24 September 2003 (Wednesday) .

Judges are directed to leave a skeletal force in their respective courts during the Regional Seminar.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME.

All communications relating to the Program shall be addressed to Hon. Ameurfina M. Herrera, PHILJA Chancellor, 3rd Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court (Taft Avenue building), Padre Faura, Manila.
