ALL OFFICERS AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (METCJAP)

SUBJECT :

QUARTERLY MEETING ON JUNE 30 TO JULY 1, 2011 AT THE SWISS INN RESTAURANT, PACO PARK, MANILA

The Officers and Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold its quarterly meeting on June 30 to July 1, 2011 at the Swiss Inn Restaurant, Paco Park, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria Zoraida S. Zabat Tuazon, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report regarding the meetings within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
