TO: THE NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES, INC. (PACE, INC.)

SUBJECT: NATIONAL BOARD MEETING ON 10 TO 11 AUGUST 2017 AT THE PACE, INC. HEADQUARTERS, MANILA

The national officers of the Philippine Association of Court Employees, Inc. (PACE, Inc.) will hold their national board meeting on 10 to 11 August 2017 at the PACE, Inc. Headquarters, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption in the court calendar.

Atty. Maria Fe O. Maloloy-on, PACE, Inc. National President, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the meeting, including the complete list of the court personnel who attended the same, within ten (10) days from its conclusion.
