TO : THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE FIRST LEVEL CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (FLECCAP)

SUBJECT : CONVENTION/SEMINAR AND GENERAL ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON 07 TO 09 DECEMBER 2016 AT THE CONVENTION CENTER OF PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, PALAWAN

The First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines, Inc. (FLECCAP) will hold its Convention/Seminar and General Election of Officers on 07 to 09 December 2016 at the Convention Center of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention/seminar and general election of officers on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and that there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Atty. Dante Gil D. Gumpal, National President of FLECCAP, shall submit a report on the convention/seminar and general election of officers with complete list of all court personnel who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
