REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8315 - AN ACT DECLARING DECEMBER EIGHT OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN ANGELES CITY IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDATION DAY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. December eight of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in Angeles City in commemoration of its foundation day.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on June 30, 1997 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27 (1), Article VI of the Constitution.
