For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Supreme Court En Banc dated 21 July 2015 in Administrative Case No. 10207, "Re: Decision dated 17 March 2011 in Crim. Case No. SB 28361 entitled, People of the Philippines vs. Joselito Barrozo versus Former Assistant Prosecutor Joselito C. Barrozo," to wit:

WHEREFORE, Atty. Joselito C. Barrozo is hereby DISBARRED and his name is ORDERED STRICKEN from the Roll of Attorneys. Let a copy of this Decision be attached to his personal records and furnished the Office of the Bar Confidant, Integrated Bar of the Philippines and the Office of the Court Administrator for circulation to all courts in the country.

Respondent received this Decision on 13 August 2015.
