FIRST MEETING OF THE JUSTICE SECTOR COORDINATING COUNCIL FOR 2011

WHEREAS , on 30 April 2010, the Justice Sector Coordinating Council (JSCC) executed the Joint Declaration of the Justice Sector Agencies in Support of the Effective and Efficient Administration of Justice;

WHEREAS , under the aforesaid Joint Declaration, justice sector institutions commit to "working together" and recognize that "a coordinated approach to justice sector policy making, planning and operations is essential to provide for a coherent and effective sectoral approach to the administration of justice;"

WHEREAS , to implement the mandate of the JSCC, it was agreed that a regular monthly meeting shall be held, to be attended by designated key officials of the justice sector institutions involved in policy implementation;

WHEREFORE , the following court officials are hereby directed to attend the First Meeting of the JSCC on 22 February 2011, 2:00 p.m., Session Hall, Supreme Court, as follows:
