TO: ALL CONCERNED JUDGES IN THE RTC OF DAVAO CITY

SUBJECT:

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY CELEBRATION

The City Government of Davao through the Integrated Gender and Development Division in celebration of the International Women's Day will conduct a series of activities, which include a Pre-Summit Assembly for the Judiciary along with the Police and Business Sectors on February 28, 2008 from 10:00AM to 5:00PM at the Yellow Fin Seafood Restaurant.

The following judges in Davao City are hereby authorized to attend the said activity on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.
