TO: NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP)

SUBJECT:

MEETING ON AUGUST 30-31, 2005 AT THE OCA CONFERENCE ROOM, SUPREME COURT

The Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP), in preparation of their 2006 Convention and Seminar, will hold a meeting of the national officers on August 30-31, 2005 at the OCA Conference Room, Supreme Court.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said meeting and their attendance shall be considered on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Celia A. Flores, President, CLERAP, shall submit to this office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.

This amends OCA Circular No. 87-2005 dated 27 August 2005.
