SUBJECT : PERMANENT DISQUALIFICATION FROM BEING COMMISSIONED AS NOTARY PUBLIC OF ATTY. RAMONCITO B. BAYLOSIS

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Decision dated 24 January 2017 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 11545, entitled "Susan Loberes-Pintal v. Atty. Ramoncito B. Baylosis," to wit:

WHEREFORE, finding Atty. Ramoncito B. Baylosis GUILTY of violating the Rule on Notarial Practice and Rule 1.01 and Canon 1 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, the Court hereby imposes the penalty of being PERMANENTLY BARRED from being commissioned as a Notary Public with a STERN WARNING that repetition of the same or similar conduct in the future will be dealt with more severely.

This order is IMMEDIATELY EXECUTORY .

In a Resolution dated 20 June 2017, the Court CONSIDERED AS SERVED the Notice of Judgment and Resolution sent to complainant and respondent which were returned unserved.
