REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8767 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE DON SERVILLANO PLATON MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TINAMBAC, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE DON SERVILLANO PLATON MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Don Servillano Platon Memorial High School in the Municipality of Tinambac, Province of Camarines Sur is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Don Servillano Platon Memorial National High School.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) is hereby directed to implement the provisions of this Act.

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
