AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF SELECT EMPLOYEES FROM THE DIFFERENT OFFICES OF THE SUPREME COURT TO ATTEND THE "EMPLOYEE EFFECTIVENESS TRAINING COURSE"

The Employee Training and Development Division, Office of Administrative Services will conduct a training program entitled "Employee Effectiveness Training Course" at the SC Training Center from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on October 19-20, 2016.

The sixteen (16) hours "Employee Effectiveness Training Course" is being conducted to discuss the role of the Judiciary as the Third Branch of Government, orient the employees on the Code of Conduct for Court Personnel, and identify the desired characteristics of the Judiciary's workforce.

The activity aims to:

-discuss human resource management practices that support high performance work system, particularly on personnel actions; -discuss leave benefits and administrative offenses and penalties; and -explain other benefits and privileges of government employees.

The following are hereby authorized to attend the training and give priority to the undertaking:
