For the :information and guidance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Court EN BANC Resolution dated July 12, 1991 in Adm. Matter No. RTJ-90-447 entitled "Emma J. Castillo vs. Judge Manuel M. Calanog, Jr.", to wit:
"WHEREFORE,, the respondent Judge, the Hon. Manuel M. Calanog, Jr., is found guilty of IMMORALITY and is hereby DISMISSED from the roll of .Judges, with prejudice to .his reinstatement or appointment to any public office including a government-owned or controlled corporation, and forfeiture of retirement benefits, if any. x x x "
