Quoted hereunder for the information and guidance of all concerned, is the dispositive portion of the decision of the Third Division in A. C. No. 2125 (ENRIQUE M. REYES, Complainant versus ATTY. LEOPOLDO T. MAGLAYA, Respondent), dated April 3, 1995, to wit:

Wherefore, the court hereby SUSPENDS ATTY. LEPOLDO T. MAGLAYA from practice of law for a period of one (1) yeat from notice hereof, with a WARNING that a repetition of the same or any other misconduct will be dealt with more severely."
