SUBJECT: 1 st BOARD MEETING ON 8 TO 9 JUNE 2017 IN CEBU CITY

The National Executive Board and the Regional Directors of the Judiciary Clerks Association of the Philippines (JCAP) will hold their 1 st board meeting on 8 to 9 June 2017 in Cebu City.

In connection therewith, the following JCAP National Executive Board and Regional Directors are hereby authorized to attend the national board meeting, on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar:
