ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS
TO : MEMBERS OF THE BATANGAS COURT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION
SUBJECT:
GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS FOR THE YEAR 1997 TO 1998 ON DECEMBER 18, 1996. AT THE HALL OF JUSTICE, .PALLOCAN WEST, BATANGAS CITY
The BATANGAS COURT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION will conduct a General Assembly Meeting .and Election of Officers for- the year 1997 to 1998 which will coincide with their Christmas Party to be held on December 18, 1996 at the Hall of 'justice, Pallocan West, Batangas City.
The members of the said association are hereby. authorized to attend said meeting with prior permission from- their executive Judge and/or Presiding Judge. Attendance shall be on OFFICIAL TIME only.
A report on the attendance shall be submitted to this Office within meeting. attendance shall be ten (10)days from submitted to date of the meeting.
