: ATTENDANCE AT SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) IN COURTS IN BATANGAS CITY

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) jointly with the Institute of Judicial Administrator (IJA), will conduct a one-day seminar-workshop on "TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN COURTS" (TQM) for all judges, clerks of courts/branch clerks of courts of Batangas Province on October 10, 1997 (Friday) in Batangas City.

The Judges and court personnel concerned are authorized to attend the seminar-workshop on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.
