TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND COURT PERSONNEL (WHO ARE IBP MEMBERS) OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE BICOLANDIA REGION

SUBJECT : REGIONAL CONVENTION AND MANDATORY CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION (MCLE) SEMINAR ON 27 TO 30 AUGUST 2014 AT THE VILLA CACERES HOTEL, MAGSAYSAY AVENUE, NAGA CITY, CAMARINES SUR

The Bicolandia Region of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) will hold their Regional Convention with the theme "IBP Bicolandia: Responding to the Ethical Challenges and Professional Demands of a Changing World" and conduct Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Seminar on 27 to 30 August 2014 at the Villa Caceres Hotel, Magsayasay Avenue, Naga City, Camarines Sur.

All concerned are authorized to attend the convention and seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings

Atty. Vicente M. Joyas, National President of the IBP, shall submit a report (including the complete list of all judges, clerks of court and court personnel who attended the convention and seminar) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said events.
