AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED SPECIAL COMMERCIAL COURT JUDGES IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION AT THE FOCUS GROUP DISCUSSION FOR JUDGES ON PROBLEM AREAS IN HANDLING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CASES

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). and the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA-ROLI), will conduct a Focus Group Discussion for Judges on Problem Areas in Handling Intellectual Property Cases, on October 18, 2013, Friday, at The Heritage Hotel Manila, Roxas Boulevard corner EDSA, Pasay City:
