SUBJECT : SEMINAR ON THE JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT RULE (A.M. NO. 12-8-8-SC) ON JANUARY 11, 2013 AT THE NATURE'S VILLAGE RESORT, TALISAY CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

The Working Vice Chairman of the Chief Justice Committee to Address Case Congestions and Delays in the Lower Courts, in cooperation with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), will hold a seminar on the Judicial Affidavit Rule (A.M. No. 12-8-8-SC) on January 11, 2013, 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., at the Nature's Village Resort, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.

The following first and second level court judges stationed in the province of Negros Occidental are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, to wit:
