ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS AND LOCAL CHAPTER PRESIDENTS IN THE VISAYAS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL)

SUBJECT:

1 ST SPECIAL MEETING ON JULY 8, 2005 AT 9:00 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING AT THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, CEBU CITY

The National Officers and Local Chapter Presidents of all provinces in the Visayas of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Visayas Chapter will hold its 1 st Special Meeting on July 8, 2005 at 9:00 o'clock in the morning at the Regional Trial Court, Cebu City .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Dena Corazon P. Almazar, COSTRAPHIL National President, shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
