SUBJECT:

9TH BIENNIAL NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON 18, 19, 20 APRIL 2012 IN LEGAZPI CITY

The 9th Biennial National Convention and Seminar of the officers- and members of the Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP) previously scheduled on 17 to 19 April 2012 has been moved to 18 to 20 April 2012 in Legazpi City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention/seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time. Ms.Cielo V. Pardo, National President of the Association, shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the convention/seminar.
