ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE FIRST LEVEL CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (FLECCAP)

SUBJECT :

6 th NATIONAL. CONVENTION AND TRAINING SEMINAR AT THE SBMA, OLONGAPO CITY ON OCTOBER 1-3, 2003.

The First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (FLECC AP) will hold its 6th National Convention and Training Seminar at the SBMA, Olongapo City, Zambales on October 1-3, 2003.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL" BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not. disrupt, the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.
