SUBJECT : BOARD MEETING ON JANUARY 9 TO 11, 2013 AT THE MANILA CITY HALL

The National Executive Board of the Philippine Association of Court Interpreters, Inc. (PHILACI, Inc.) will hold its Board Meeting on January 9 to 11, 2013 at the "Manila City Hall.

In connection therewith, the following national officers of the PHILACI, Inc. are authorized to attend the board meeting on January 9 to 11, 2013:

The attendance of the above-named court personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is a prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar. Ms. Corazon O. Luntayao, President of the Association, shall submit a report of the conduct of the meeting to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
