THE NATIONAL OFFICERS AND REGIONAL OFFICER OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS' ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP)

SUBJECT:

MEETING OF CHAPTER OFFICERS AND MEMBERS AND 1 st NATIONAL EXECUTIVE MEETING

The Court Legal Researchers' Association of the Philippines (CLERAP) will hold the following activities on the following dates and venues, to wit:

September 24-25 2008 - meeting of the National President and Vice President for Mindanao with the Officers and Members of the CLERAP Cagayan de Oro Chapter.

September 26, 2008 - meeting of the National President and Vice President for Mindanao with the Officers and Members of the CLERAP Dipolog City Chapter

November 5-7, 2008 - 1 st National Executive Meeting of the - National Officers and Regional Officers of CLERAP at the Halls of Justice, Regional Trial Court, Dipolog City .

All concerned are authorized to attend the above activities on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Charlie A. Regilme. National President of the Association shail submit a report to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the activities.
