RE:

3 RD NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON 28 TO 30 NOVEMBER 2002 AT THE TEATRO ILOCANDIA, MARIANO MARCOS STATE UNIVERSITY, BATAC, ILOCOS NORTE

The Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL) Inc. will hold its 3 rd National Convention and Seminar on 28 to 30 at the Teatro Ilocandia, Mariano Marcos State University, Batac, Ilocos Norte.

Court Stenographers are authorized to attend the said event on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the business of the court on the said dates.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from the date of the event.

The Circular amends Circular No. 26-2002 dated 26 February 2002.
