No. 8 Remote Games Effectivity December 17, 2025 EG Form No. 8 EGLD Reference No.: (b) Should the expansion/reduction of electronic gaming terminals/machines or bingo seats require temporary closure of the gaming venue the Operator Shall submit to EGLD the duly accomplish Temporary Suspension of Operations Form ( EG Form No. 6) for approval, as applicable (c) If suspension affects some gaming terminals only at any given time, a project timetable shall be attached to this form signifying the schedule of terminal suspension in the affected areas. (d) The Operator shall notify EGLD using Installation and/or Operation of Electronic Gaming Terminals Notification Form (EG Form No. 8-A) of the installation and launching of electronic gaming terminals into operation in close coordination with Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Department (CMED) and its representatives. (e) The Operator shall conduct a pre-operational testing and the CMED Team shall conduct the final inspection/testing of the newly installed electronic gaming system/s, network connectivity, electronic gaming terminals or machines and other equipment and shall ensure their readiness prior to gaming operations (f) The Operator shall ensure that expansion area complies with the distance requirements prescribed under Article III of the Regulatory Framework for the Issuance of Gaming License for the Establishment of Gaming Venues, as applicable.
